تسارعت كمجريات الاحداث في العالم، علاقة المواطنين
بالصحافة الحديثة او الاعلام الاجتماعي، لتنجح وبجدارة في تعديل الكفة المقابلة
للإعلام التقليدي، ليكون التدوين مصدرا بديلا عنها في توفير المعلومات والانباء
والاخبار والتقارير والقصص، خاصة بعد اتخاذ العديد من المنظمات الدولية مسؤولية
إعداد البرامج والورش والتدريبات للمهتمين بالتدوين والاعلام الحديث.
وعلى الرغم من أن وسائل الاعلام التقليدية في جميع دول
العالم، سلطت الاضواء من خلال برامجها الضوء على غياب المساواة وتكافؤ الفرص، بسبب
تهميش شرائح كبيرة من المجتمعات، وإضعاف فرص حصولها على حقها الطبيعي في الحياة للمشاركة
في بناء الحضارات ورسم مستقبل الأمم، إلا أنها مع التدوين وصحافة المواطن أخذت
حيزا أكبر من الاهتمام، لكتابة وتدوين الشرائح المهمشة والتي تشعر بعدم المساواة
لقضاياها، والتي تمكنت من نيل ما كانت تطمح في الوصول اليه للتعريف بمشاكلها بشكل
أكبر مما كانت عليه في السابق.
وافتقار النساء في الشرق الأوسط والعالم العربي على وجه
الخصوص، الى كثير من الحقوق على الرغم من منجزات كبيرة حققتها المرأة في شتى
الميادين، لغلبة الفكر الذكوري المتسلط وسيطرته على جميع الاحداث والمجالات
والقرارات، وادعاء الأنظمة السياسية في المنطقة للديمقراطية والعمل على تعزيز مبدأ
المساواة اسما وعنوانا لا تطبيقا وإيمانا، وللأسف أن بعض النساء انبرت على نفسها
وسمحت للرجال التحكم بمصيرهن دون ابداء رأي أو اعتراض، فأضعن على غيرهن فرصة تحقيق
أهداف وشعارات رفعت منذ الازل لتحقيق المساواة بين الجنسين.
ومع قرب حلول العام 2015، واثبات الكثير من النساء في
العالم من خلال تحقيق منجزات وخطوات ناجعة في العديد من المجالات، ونجحن في
استخدام التدوين ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي للتحشيد لبرامجهن التي اسهمت في اعانة
كثير من المحتاجين والمهمشين، كان آخرها حصول الباكستانية ملالا يوسف زاي، والهندي
كيلاش ساتيارثي، على جائزة نوبل مناصفة لعام 2014، عن جهودهما في ملف حقوق الأطفال
وتعليمهم، من بين 278 مرشحا منها 47 منظمة، يبقى الباب مفتوحا لتحث النساء في
العالم المعترضين من الرجال على مبدأ المساواة بينهما، من خلال العمل الجاد
والمطالبة الفاعلة بتحقيق الهدف الذي يحلم به جميع الاحرار في العالم.

Parallèlement aux événements survenus sur la scène
internationale , la relation des citoyens avec l'infomation moderne et les
mèdias a connu une évolution significative , ceci a permi de considerer ces
moyens de communication aussi bien importants que ceux de l'iformation
traditionnelle voir même les remplacer etant donné les caracteristique qui leur
sont propre comme la fluidité d'acceder à l'information et la rapidité de sa
propahation dans les qutres coins du monde en même temps , surtout après la
prise en charge par des organisation internatinales de la résponsabilité de
promouvoir des programmes et des formations en ce domaine pour les personnes
interessés par le blogging ou le codification et l'information moderne .
C'est vrai que les moyens traditionnels de
l'information ont traité les problematiques d'inégalité, de descrimination ,
d'inégalité des chances et de marginalisation de larges segments de la société
, mais ce n'est qu'avec l'information moderne et les mèdias sociaux que ces
causes ont pris une large consideration à travers le blogging ou le
codification et le journalisme citoyen qui ont permis à toute personne qui se
sent lésée de se faire entendre la voix .
Cependant ; parmi les défits qu' a soulevé
l'information moderne et les médias sociaux , il y a l'inégalité des sexes
entant que aspect desriminatoire dont souffre la femme arabe en général et celle du Moyen Orient en particulier , qui
en depit des grandes réalisations
qu'elle a accomplies dans divers secteurs de developpement , elle demeure
assujettie à la prédominance de l'esprit orietale qui preserve le droit de l'initiative à l'homme avec abstraction faite aux droits de la
femme.
Mais aujourd'hui , et avec l'approche de l'année 2015
, la femme a pu gagner du terrain en faveur de ses droits par l'
intrmediaire du logging et des médias
sociaux aprés avoir resté pour
longtemps de simples slogants soulevés ; ainsi ces moyens d'information
et de communication modernes ont permis à la femme de rallier à sa cause et à
ses droits à travers des programmes qui ont pour but de porter aide et soutien
aux personnes qui souffrent de la déscrimination . Ainsi la Pakistiniene
MalalaYusuf Zai et l'indien Kilash Satyarthi ont porté le prix Nobel
conjointement pour leurs efforts dans le domaine des droits de l'enfant et de son éducation. Ainsi parmi les 278
condidats dont 47 organisations la porte reste ouverte pour toute femme qui ne
croit à son infériorité par rapport à
l'homme et qui cherche à travers le
travail acharné à réaliser l'objectif dont rêve toute personne c'est l'égalité.

Blogging and Inequality
Parallel to the developments on the international
scene , the relationship between citizens and the modern information and the
social media has evolved significantly and this has allowed to those
instruments to be considered rightfully as those in traditional media or even
replacing them because of their special characteristics like the fluidity of
access to the information and the speed of their spread around the world at the
same time especially after that several organisations internationales have taken
the responsibility to promote programs and formations in this areas to people
interested about blogging and modern information. It 'is true that the
traditional means of information and communication have treated some important
issues like inequality , discrimination , inequality of opportunities , and
marginalisation of a wide segment of society ; but it is only with the modern
methods of information that these issues have taken a large part of
consideration through blogging and citizen journalism which allowed any person
who feels aggrieved to make his voice heard .
However, among the challenges raised by the modern information and the
social medea , there is the inequality between sexes like aspect of
discrimination which plaguing Arab woman in general , and the Middle East woman
in particular , and this is due to the arab vision who preserves the right to
act and to decide to the man with abstraction made to the woman despite the
great achievements that she has accomplished in various fields of development.
But today, with the approach of the year 2015, the
woman was able to gaining ground in favor of his rights by the lintrmediaire
logging and social media for a long time after having remained simple slogants
raised; and the means of modern information and communication have enabled
women to rally to his cause and rights through programs that aim to bring help
and support to people who suffer from descrimination. Thus Pakistinienne
MalalaYusuf Zai and Indian Kilash Satyarthi brought the Nobel Prize for their
joint efforts in the field of children's rights and their education. Ansi 278
among 47 organizations condidatsdint the door remains open for any woman who
believes in the inferiority compared to men, which searches through the hard
work to achieve the goal with which everyone dreams : it is equality.
